Terms & Conditions of Service

Parties and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern services provided by Clearpath Cognitive Coaching Limited (CRO Number: 811903) ("the Company") to the client ("you"). By booking any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

The Company provides Positive Psychology and Coaching, Recovery and Resilience Coaching, Organisational Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching, and Emotional Resilience Competencies Training. Services are for non-clinical adult populations only and are not a substitute for clinical psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, or medical services.

Booking and Confirmation

Full payment through Stripe is required to confirm a reservation. Selecting a slot or submitting the booking form does not confirm an appointment. Once Stripe verifies full payment, the reservation is confirmed, a Google Calendar event with a Google Meet link is created, and a confirmation email with the session details and joining link is sent.

Fees and Payment

For online session bookings, the full fee and currency are shown before checkout and payment is collected securely through Stripe. Programme fees and structure are discussed individually and confirmed in writing before you commit. Programme packages, deposits, discounts and alternative payment methods are not offered through this online booking flow.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

More than 48 hours' notice: no charge, one free reschedule per programme. 24 to 48 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee. Less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance: the full session fee. If we cancel, the session is refunded or rescheduled at no charge.

Programme Withdrawals and Refunds

If you withdraw from a programme after the first session, any refund is calculated from the sessions not yet used and the terms agreed in writing. If we determine coaching is not the right fit and end the engagement, we refund sessions paid for but not delivered.

Online Sessions

Sessions may be delivered by secure video call, by agreement. You're responsible for a private, confidential space and a stable connection. Sessions aren't recorded by either party without the other's written consent.

Professional Standards

Services are provided by Clearpath Cognitive Coaching Limited for non-clinical adult populations. Practitioner background and professional credentials are described on the About page. Services are not a substitute for medical or clinical treatment.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with any part of the service, contact us at Info@clearpathcognitive.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 21. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can raise it with the Psychological Society of Ireland at psychologicalsociety.ie.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
